Welcome to Peninsula House Hound

My life changed when I got my dog, Bucky. Things I had never even considered became big issues for me, such as finding a safe place for him to romp and connecting with other dogs for socialization. Because of Bucky I became part of a dog community where information was shared and support was given. I realized it takes a village to care for a dog.  There are times when you just can’t get home in time to feed the dog or you have to go out of town for a few days.  It is during these times that if you have an extended dog family you feel like the luckiest person in the world.

When I got Bucky I discovered that I was fortunate enough to live on a street with dog friendly neighbors and near two off leash dog areas (that I never previously knew existed.)  These two factors have improved the quality of my life considerably.  Because of my personal experience, I revamped my real estate business to focus on dog owners so I could help them find and create homes which support the well being of the entire family including their dogs. Peninsula House Hound provides dog friendly real estate services to buyers looking for a home in a dog friendly neighborhood and sellers who want to receive top dollar for their dog occupied home.

In this blog I will share real estate information for dog owners.  I will feature dog friendly homes on the market and spotlight local dog parks.  I will answer pet related real estate questions and share dog community events.  I am looking forward to creating the kind of community online that I have found at my local dog park.
